- Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the organ whose job is the management of the Foundation. It has seven members, two of which are appointed by the Portuguese State, one by the municipality of Porto and the greater metropolitan area of Porto ( Área Metropolitana do Porto) and the four remaining are aapointed by the Founders Board.
